Upon arrival at either Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, your safari guide will greet you and drive you to your lodge in Karatu, a peaceful town nestled in the highlands. Settle into your lodge and relax after your journey. If time allows, take a complimentary guided tour of the town to get a glimpse of local life.

After breakfast, you’ll travel into the iconic Serengeti National Park, enjoying game viewing along the way. Stop for a picnic lunch and continue exploring the plains en route to your camp.
On Day 3, spend a full day immersed in wildlife viewing. The Serengeti is famed for its vast herds of wildebeest and zebra, as well as frequent sightings of predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Enjoy the classic African landscape and thrilling wildlife encounters.

After an early breakfast, depart for a game drive inside the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater. Enjoy your picnic lunch in this natural amphitheatre, then drive back to Karatu for the night.

Enjoy a leisurely morning at the lodge. If time permits, take a short stroll through Karatu for local shopping. Later, transfer to Arusha Airport for your domestic flight to Zanzibar. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by our driver and transferred to your beach resort on the island’s northeast coast.
